Legacy of the Void's resource system was changed in order to encourage aggression, territorial control and to minimize a lack of action at the beginning of games. Changes include decreasing resource quantity and increasing the amount of workers spawned at the beginning of the game.

The only thing this guide truly needs is as follows:One buildings and their info like costs build time.Two units need to have their damage amounts and the type of damage that they deal like regular or armored same with the armor units have.And third this guy needs to be updated once the 2017 BlizzCon finishes in the new patch that changes the raven, the mothership core, and the addition of the show battery plus any new information. With all of this I believe this app would be perfect and I still use it to play and once I get masters one this will become even more useful as something I use just on the fly and a quick scenario.
